I recently bought some lighting for my home from this company. 🏠 While the quality of the products was decent and the pricing was fair, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. 🤔 It took longer than expected to receive my order, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. The website was easy to navigate, but I wish there were more detailed descriptions of the products. Overall, it's an average experience, and I hope they can improve their communication and shipping times in the future. 🌟
