I've been going to the gym at the Bangor YMCA for a while now and it's been a really positive experience. The variety of equipment is great and the staff is always available to help if you have any questions. The gym is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Bangor YMCA to others.
