I recently had the opportunity to shop at Rokmetro and my experience was a bit underwhelming. While the products were of decent quality, the customer service left much to be desired. I encountered some issues with my order and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. However, once the issues were resolved, I received good support. I hope Rokmetro improves their customer service in the future.
