I have been a customer of FMP Group for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they are not exceptional, they have been reliable and consistent in helping me with my financial needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but there is room for improvement in terms of response time. Overall, I would rate FMP Group as an average company.
