Galileo tours provided an average level of service. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, but the transportation was not very comfortable. Overall, it was an okay experience. The itinerary was well-planned, with interesting stops along the way. However, there were some issues with communication and organization. The customer service could have been better. The scenery was breathtaking, and I enjoyed every moment of the trip.
