The experience I had with iplexpipelines.com.au was average. The product I ordered was delivered on time, but the quality was not up to my expectations. I contacted their customer service, and they were quite cooperative in resolving the issue. They offered a refund and apologized for the inconvenience caused. While I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation, I expected better quality products from them.
