I recently utilized the services of Novogar for a home improvement project. While they had a decent website that showcased some of their past work and services, I found the overall experience to be average. Their communication and response time could definitely use some improvement. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, and even after that, the communication was not always clear and concise. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I had to follow up on a few minor issues that were not addressed initially. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected a bit more attention to detail for the price I paid. Overall, Novogar met my expectations to an average degree, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
