I had an average experience with Mercedes-Benz of Spokane. The customer service was satisfactory, but I was expecting a bit more from a luxury car dealership. The salesperson was helpful, but not overly attentive. The car I purchased had a few issues that needed to be addressed after I drove it home. The service department took care of the problems promptly, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
