I am a customer of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. and I must say that I am not impressed. The service is average at best, with frequent power outages and slow response times. The customer service representatives are not very helpful and often seem to be overwhelmed with the number of calls they receive. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
