I recently took a trip with Railtour Suisse SA and I must say it was an average experience. The service was satisfactory and the staff was friendly. However, I expected more from a company that claims to provide excellent service. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting information throughout the journey. Overall, it was a decent experience.
