I recently used the auction site for the first time and overall, I found the experience average. The website was easy to navigate and I appreciated the variety of travel options available. However, I encountered some issues with the booking process, which was a bit frustrating. 🤔 The customer service response was slow and not very helpful in resolving the problem. On the positive side, I did manage to secure a reasonable deal on a vacation package. In the end, I would consider using the site again, but I hope they prioritize improving their customer support to enhance the overall experience.
