I recently had my wood furniture refinished by this company and I have to say, it was an average experience. 😐 The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. However, the communication with the company could have been better. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my project. 💬 The quality of the refinishing work was satisfactory, but not exceptional. There were a few areas where the staining was uneven. 🧐 The technicians were polite and respectful during the process. 🙌 Overall, I would say that the company did an average job in refinishing my wood furniture. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail. 😊
