I've had an average experience with Omega Diamond Inc. The customer service was decent, but there were a few issues with my order. The diamonds I received were not as brilliant as I had expected, and one of them even had a small chip. However, the return process was smooth, and I received a refund promptly. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
