I recently attended a swing dance workshop and had a mixed experience. The instructors were friendly, but the teaching style didn't suit my learning preferences. The focus was more on demonstrating complex routines rather than breaking down the fundamentals step-by-step. I felt a bit overwhelmed and left the workshop without a solid understanding of the basics. However, the music selection was great, and the event had a lively atmosphere. I think the workshop could benefit from incorporating more structured learning alongside the choreographed routines. Overall, it was an average experience, but there is room for improvement.
