The service at Callahan Animal Hospital is average. While the staff is friendly, I found the waiting time to be quite long. The facilities are clean, but I expected a more modern and updated environment. The veterinarians were knowledgeable, but the level of communication could have been better. Overall, my experience was satisfactory but not exceptional.
