👏👏 I recently had the privilege of working with a capital advisory firm and I must say, it was quite an average experience. While their website was user-friendly and visually appealing, the service itself lacked the WOW factor. 😐 The team was knowledgeable and provided the necessary advice, but their response time could use improvement. It sometimes took longer than expected to receive a response, which was a bit frustrating. 💤 Additionally, I felt that the company could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of my investments. On a positive note, their fees were fairly competitive in the market. Overall, it was not a terrible experience, but it wasn't exceptional either. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, with the hope that they improve their communication and customer service efficiency. 🤞
