My recent experience with a private jet booked through impjets.com was quite satisfying. The overall service was satisfactory and the jet was in good condition. However, there were some minor issues that could have been improved. The communication could have been more prompt and the departure time was slightly delayed. Despite these shortcomings, it was a decent experience overall.
