My recent visit to Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady was quite underwhelming. The customer service was decent, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The casino floor was busy and chaotic, making it difficult to truly enjoy the games. The food options were also limited and uninspiring. I expected better.
