I stayed at The Melrose Hotel Maldives recently and it was an average experience. The staff were polite, but not overly friendly or helpful. The rooms were comfortable, but lacked any special features. The food at the hotel restaurant was decent, but not particularly memorable. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected more from a luxury hotel.
