My experience with Motor plan s.a. was overall average. The staff was friendly and the rental process was smooth. However, the vehicle I rented had a few minor issues that were not addressed beforehand. Nonetheless, I appreciate the convenience of using nationalcar.com.do and would consider renting from Motor plan s.a. again.
