I had a mixed experience with the Copenhagen goodwill ambassadors. While their services were overall satisfactory, there were some areas for improvement. The team needs to be more responsive to inquiries, as I had to wait for a couple of days to get a response. Other than that, their knowledge about the city was impressive.
