I have been a resident of Rockland for many years and I must say that the services provided by the town are average. While the town does a decent job in maintaining the infrastructure and providing essential amenities, there are areas that need improvement. The road conditions can be better, especially during winter. Overall, it's an average experience living in Rockland.
