I have had a mixed experience with University Housing Management Services, LLC. Although their website, oucommons.com, is easy to navigate and provides useful information, the overall quality of their services has been average. The staff is generally helpful, but there have been instances where my concerns were not addressed promptly. The maintenance team is efficient and quick to respond to complaints. However, the living conditions in some units could be improved. Overall, I would say that University Housing Management Services, LLC is an average company to rent from.
