I recently used a company for exhibition management. Although their website was easy to navigate and provided information about their services, I found their overall performance to be average. The communication with their team was decent, but there were some delays in their responses which hindered the planning process. The company exhibited professionalism, but I felt that they lacked innovation and creativity in their approach. The services they provided were good, but nothing extraordinary or unique compared to other companies in the industry. The exhibition itself went smoothly, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make it a standout experience. Overall, they delivered what was expected, but I believe there is room for improvement to make their services more exceptional and memorable.
