I recently visited Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady and I must say, it was an average experience. The customer service was good, but the overall atmosphere was less than impressive. The casino floor had a decent selection of games, but it felt crowded and noisy. The dining options were also just okay. Overall, I would rate it as average.
