I recently used the picture framing services provided by this company and found it to be quite average. While the website was easy to navigate and had a decent range of options, the overall experience was not exceptional. The quality of the framing was good, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service was satisfactory, but the staff did not go above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. The prices were reasonable, but I have seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, my experience with this company was just average. While they do a decent job and offer acceptable prices, there was nothing that stood out to make me want to choose them over other framing companies in the future.
