I recently used their services to install new lighting fixtures in my home. While the electricians were professional and completed the job in a timely manner, I found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information, but I wish there was more transparency about the pricing before scheduling the service. The communication with the customer service team was satisfactory, but I think they could improve by being more proactive in providing updates during the service appointment. Additionally, the quality of the work was decent, but I did notice a minor issue with one of the fixtures shortly after installation. Overall, my experience with the company was okay, but there's definitely room for improvement in certain areas.
