I recently used this company's services for my insurance needs and I must say I was fairly satisfied. The website was user-friendly and provided a good amount of information. However, I found their customer service to be just average. The representatives were polite but didn't go above and beyond to address all my concerns. On the plus side, their range of insurance options was decent, and the pricing was competitive. Overall, it's an okay choice for insurance and risk services, but there's definitely room for improvement in their customer support. Hopefully, they'll work on enhancing their customer experience. 👍🏼
