I recently had the opportunity to work with Baptiste Consulting and overall, I had a decent experience. The team was knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my concerns. However, I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Nevertheless, they delivered satisfactory results in the end.
