I have been a loyal customer of this fitness center for a while now and I must say, I am impressed with the overall experience. The trainers are friendly and professional. The workout sessions are well-planned and challenging. The equipment is top-notch. The only improvement I would suggest is to have more variety in the group classes. Nevertheless, Sisters in Sweat is a great place to work out and I would recommend it to anyone.
