I have been studying at Kalinga-Apayao State College for the past two years and my experience has been quite average. The college provides a decent education but there are some areas of improvement. The facilities could be upgraded and the administrative processes could be more efficient. However, the professors are knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it is an okay college to study at.
