American bolt & screw mfg. corp. is an average company. Their products are of decent quality but nothing extraordinary. The customer service is mediocre at best. I have had a few issues with my orders and it took them quite some time to resolve the problems. Overall, I would say their products are satisfactory, but they could improve their customer service.
