I recently started taking adult gymnastics classes at Desert gymnastics, and it has been such a positive experience. The instructors are so supportive and patient, and they really make you feel comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone. The facility is also great - it's clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Desert gymnastics to anyone interested in learning or improving their gymnastics skills.
