I recently had the opportunity to shop at ottdistributors.com and I must say my experience was average. While the website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. There were delays in shipping my order and when I contacted customer support, their response time was quite slow. Additionally, some of the products I received were not of the highest quality, leaving me slightly disappointed. On the positive side, their prices were reasonable and the packaging was secure. However, I expected a better overall experience based on the company's reputation. Although I may consider shopping with them again in the future, I hope they address these issues to provide a more satisfying customer experience.
