Musictoday is a company that I have mixed feelings about. While their customer service was helpful, I found their website interface to be confusing. The overall process of purchasing tickets for a concert was smooth, but I had trouble navigating through the different sections. The variety of concerts and events available is impressive, though, and the prices are generally reasonable. Overall, an average experience.
