I had a mixed experience with Maffey's security group. While the installation process was smooth and the system works well, their customer service needs improvement. The response time to my queries was slow and it took longer than expected for them to resolve my issues. Overall, I am satisfied with the security system itself but not entirely happy with the customer support.
