I had a mixed experience at Sheppard Pratt. While the staff was generally friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where communication and organization could have been improved. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but some aspects felt outdated. The programs offered were helpful, but I believe there is room for improvement. Overall, my experience was positive, but there are areas that could be enhanced.
