My experience with Office smarts ltd was average overall. The products were of decent quality, but the customer service could have been better. I found it difficult to reach out to their support team, and it took them a while to respond to my inquiries. However, once they did, they were able to assist me satisfactorily. I hope they work on improving their communication channels.
