I have been a member of SFERS for many years and I am overall satisfied with the retirement system. The website is easy to use and provides all the necessary information. The customer service is responsive and helpful. The retirement benefits are decent and the investment options are diverse. However, I would appreciate more regular updates on the performance of the fund. Overall, SFERS is a reliable retirement system that I would recommend to others.
