I had a mixed experience with Libreria Lyris. While the website was easy to use and the selection of books was impressive, the customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took a while for them to respond and resolve the problem. However, once they did, the issue was resolved satisfactorily. Overall, it was an average experience.
