My experience with Travelo.ninja has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, I was impressed with their website and the ease of finding and booking travel arrangements. However, when I encountered a problem with my booking, their customer service was less than satisfactory. It took multiple attempts to get assistance, and even then, the issue was not fully resolved. Overall, I would rate my experience with Travelo.ninja as average.
