Trattoria Artusi se encuentra en el hotel Bilderberg en Oosterbeek. La ubicación es impresionante, un hermoso hotel rodeado de naturaleza y muchas plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas. El restaurante tiene un buen ambiente, asientos cómodos y una iluminación excelente. El servicio es bueno, camareros bien entrenados con conocimientos de etiqueta.
Aparte del nombre, los deliciosos vinos italianos y un poco de plato de pasta y risotto en el menú, lamento decir que no hay nada italiano en el menú. La ensalada Caprese le faltaba sabor. Al colocar esta ensalada en su menú, debe asegurarse de comprar la mozzarella di bufala y de que tenga sabor. Los tomates sabían a agua. Sorprendentemente, estaba rematado con un aderezo de pesto (al parecer) que tampoco tenía ningún sabor. Agregar un poco de ajo fresco y hojas frescas de albahaca puede marcar una gran diferencia. Mi compañero tenía los tournedos, que era divino, pero también aquí: si colocas los tournedos sobre una cama de rúcula cubierta con tomates cherry frescos (de buen gusto) y finas rodajas de queso parmesano, cambia por completo el plato (en el buen sentido) ) y lo hace más italiano. La lista de postres estaba bien, lo que se podría agregar es un postre de chocolate.
Espero que acepte mis comentarios de manera positiva y los vea como una curva de aprendizaje para el futuro. Por supuesto que no soy chef, pero soy italiano y tengo muchos años de experiencia en la cocina de platos italianos reales y auténticos.
