Daría cero estrellas. Llamé a una ambulancia y la persona (el tipo que respondió estaba como en silencio en el teléfono al principio y dije hola por segunda vez y dije que necesito una ambulancia por favor y él dijo uuuuuggghhhh ok, luego otra larga pausa y dijo por qué no ¿Llamas al 911? Dije que no es ese tipo de emergencia y a lo que respondí que mi amigo estaba en una pelea antes, tiene laceraciones en la cara descritas en detalle a la persona de emergencia y no quería ir al hospital, pero ahora. él no puede levantarse de la cama y mientras hablaba con esta supuesta persona de emergencia yo estaba hablando con mi amigo. El chico preguntó su nombre y luego mi amigo dijo algo y esta persona de emergencia colgó el teléfono. ¿Volverías a llamar? esperar mejor de una empresa con fines de lucro. Si yo fuera el director ejecutivo de esta empresa y recibiera este servicio al cliente, cerraría todo el sitio, punto en blanco.
