Trabajo aquí desde hace más de un año y me encanta. Como Director de Enriquecimiento de Vida, mi enfoque son los residentes y su felicidad. El equipo de administración en su conjunto se centra en el cuidado de los residentes y nosotros nos enfocamos en tener un ambiente positivo para los residentes, el personal y las familias de los residentes. Hay educación continua para mantener al personal capacitado.

Absolutamente horrible lugar para trabajar. Trabajé aquí durante muchos años. Los antiguos propietarios fueron amables y generosos. Cuando los ministerios superiores de Baruch asumieron el control, disminuyó considerablemente. Chinches en abundancia. El personal se dirige a trabajar en turnos de 16 horas, a veces 4 días a la semana. Administración horrible. Disfruta intimidando al personal y a los residentes. Este lugar debería estar cerrado.
