Tuve que desalojar a alguien y la primera vez usé la oficina del alguacil para entregar los papeles, ¡y fui a la corte sin presentar los formularios correctos! Afortunadamente, cuando estaba volviendo a llenar, alguien en el mostrador de la secretaría dijo que usara los servicios legales de Metro. Ojalá los hubiera usado en primer lugar.

Terrible servicio al cliente. Les envié un correo electrónico buscando un notario móvil y obtuve una respuesta muy concisa simplemente indicando que solo proporcionan notarios para bufetes de abogados o clientes actuales. Eso fue todo. Les informé que, de hecho, era un antiguo cliente, ya que soy abogado y había utilizado sus servicios en mi bufete de abogados, pero les estaba enviando un correo electrónico desde mi correo electrónico privado. Si no hubieran sido tan despectivos en su correo electrónico, tal vez no hubieran perdido un cliente potencial, pero tampoco un cliente anterior. Buen viaje, Metro Legal. Sus precios son demasiado altos para un servicio al cliente tan pésimo.
