One of the worst management staffs and call center staffs in Singapore and yet their term and investment policies are costly.because of the inefficiency of the call center staffs my DPS policy with them lapsed as the staffs didn't even bother to give me the document for mode of change of payment and as other typical corporate companies here the naive customer was blamed.I had to sign a reinstatement form.recently I wanted to purchsse a simple policy and even went for routine blood test on my own to make sure I am fit but the females agents were terrible and lazy in their service.They only had time at afternoons when not attending to their kids and family and afternoons it's office work for me.After signing policy the agent disappeared didnt bother to give me questionnaire that underwriter needed me to fill in.Ge is ancient system seeped in China style management so the customer can't get documents or communicate with the underwriter on our own and email staffs won't even forward customer email to underwriter.we have to get all documents from the agents who are super irresponsible and have bad attitude.so I had to withdraw the same policy thrice due to ridiculous conduct of the agents assigned by the staffs and its been a year of wastage so I gave up buying the policy n had to buy from overseas insurance agency which was breeze but if course more costly as we are located outside their country of hq operation .
