Accredo ha llamado varias veces para renovar y esta oficina nunca respondió. Llamé a 2X recientemente y me dijeron que me devolverían la llamada y todavía estoy conteniendo la respiración. Por favor, disculpe mi color azul ahora mismo. Vivimos en una pandemia, tengo un sistema inmunológico comprometido y a estos chicos les importa un bledo. ¿Necesita más pan rallado para seguir para darse cuenta de que tiene la opción de elegir a su médico, no elija este?

Estoy seguro de que la atención del Dr. Mauer es excelente, pero no lo sabría porque las políticas de la oficina allí y el equipo de programación que las hace cumplir son tan indiferentes como puede ser. Después de una mala comunicación con respecto a mi seguro y lo que dicen ser una cita perdida de "no llamar / no presentarse", se niegan a darme una segunda oportunidad para tener una consulta a pesar de que ahora tienen dos referencias separadas para ser examinadas por el Dr. Mauer. Actualmente decepcionados y todavía no más cerca de descubrir qué está mal ... Espero que consideren un cambio en sus políticas para ser más comprensivos y orientados a ayudar realmente a las personas.
