Estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio en la sucursal de Price Plaza.
Compré un colchón ondulado y lo tomé en casa de mis padres solo para descubrir que el colchón tenía un pequeño agujero después de usarlo una noche.
Llamé a la sucursal, les conté y aceptaron reemplazarlo.
Al día siguiente falleció la persona a la que le compré el colchón, que era mi hermana.
No tuve la oportunidad de retirar las razones del colchón como arreglos funerarios y otras cosas con las que lidiar.
Dos semanas después, devolví el colchón para cambiarlo y me dijeron que no pueden hacerlo porque hace dos semanas.

Estoy muy decepcionado por el servicio recibido de esta organización.
La Organización para la que había trabajado anteriormente me regaló una silla go go, en febrero de este año. La silla había dejado de funcionar y se envió a un técnico a revisarla. hizo una revisión minuciosa y se dio cuenta de que las baterías no se estaban cargando, eso fue el 24 de junio. También tomó el cargador para comprobarlo.
El 7 de julio se devolvieron las baterías nuevas, colocadas y completamente cargadas, pero no se devolvió el cargador. El departamento de Biometría fue informado de esto. Me dijeron que se lo entregó a otro cliente por error y que lo recuperaría y me lo devolvería. Me volvieron a informar que lo había dejado algún pariente y que me lo traerían, luego me dijeron nuevamente que el técnico no tiene transporte, y que lo tienen y que lo enviarían a la sucursal de Gulf City, por lo que Puedo enviar a alguien a recogerlo el sábado 26 de julio.
