I had a terrible experience with Rudeguitar.com. The customer service was unresponsive, and my order took forever to arrive. When it finally did, the guitar was damaged and had to be returned. Getting a refund was a nightmare, and I was not satisfied with the resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
